With over 105 hotels in 43 different countries, the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is definitely striking in the business since 1960. With a focus on Luxury and a dedication to serve perfection, their highly personalized customer service is much admired and not so easy replicated! The sumptuous décor and the food styling sophistication never failed to amaze me, leading me to fairly admit that their chain is one of my favorites in the world.
My adventure with Four Seasons was far from expected.
On a Saturday morning, I received a message from one of their respected branches in Lebanon asking me if I would like to join them and get to experience their weekly Sunday Lunch.
As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were treated like royalties.
The nicest executives welcomed us, then we got the opportunity to walk-in their executive kitchen where the buffet was held, because they believe that a successful hotel has nothing to hide and no secrets inside its kitchen.
After helping ourselves to a magnificent buffet which happens every Sunday at their restaurant, The Grill Lounge, we came back to our seats and believe me, every bite took our taste buds to another dimension of flavors.
From the steak and vegetable to the sushi and the finest Gavi and Ixir wine, we instantly felt the freshness in every single bite ❤.
So whether you live in Lebanon or abroad, the Four Seasons chain is an absolutely must-visit destination if you are looking to spend lunch with your family or if you’re looking to impress a certain sweetheart 😉

Soy Glazed Salmon paired with cucumber-avocado salad for 4 persons:
Preparation (15 mins)+Cooking (10 mins)=25 minutes in total.
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
4 6 -ounce skinless center-cut salmon fillets
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar (not seasoned)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 medium English cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, halved, seeded and chopped
Jarred pickled ginger, for serving (optional)
Mix the honey, 2 teaspoons of spy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl after preheating the oven, then Microwave the mix for 30 to 40 seconds of time until simmering.
Next, season the fish filet with salt and rub them with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil. Bake for 5 minutes then remove,brush with the honey-soy sauce and return to oven so it continues baking for 7 to 9 more minutes.
While the fish bakes in the oven, start whisking the rice vinegar, mayonnaise and what’s remaining of the soy sauce and sesame oil in a large bowl, and add to them the cucumber, scallions and salt.
Toss the mix and gently fold in the avocado.
Serve the perfectly cooked Salmon with the salad and pickled ginger.
