It took a while, but I think I’ve found the perfect destination for an affordable yet super fun birthday! Let me wrap up a little bit. My Boyfriend and Best Friends decided to celebrate my birthday so they reserved a table at Al Saniour Sea View.
It was my second time visiting this restaurant, and I almost forgot about my first experience so I didn’t exactly know what to expect. The place was crowded, but we didn’t feel trapped at all because tables were smartly set apart.
While my friends ordered the Greek Salad, the Crab Salad, A Poulet Kiev and a Sushi boat.
My boyfriend ordered a Taouk pizza, I (who’s supposed to be on a diet) snuck out a slice of pizza from his plate and indulged in a delicious marinated Salmon salad from their O&C sushi menu and I can tell you I have never been so full after a salad and only ONE slice of pizza! 😉
Everything on the table came super fresh and tasty, although I recommend a lighter hand on the pizza dressing.
Service was amazing as the helpful staff never missed a chance to visit our table to check that everything was going well but I wish my plate arrived along with the rest of the dishes lol it took time to marinate the salmon maybe.
Last but not least, Al Saniour Sea View is highly recommended for families and friends who wish to celebrate good vibes and good times. Will be visiting again soon! 💚
PS: I loved the fact that every time it’s someone’s birthday, everyone stops what they’re doing and sings-claps with the Birthday Girl/Boy 😀

Hello, Ladies! Today is about releasing that talented inner Social Media Freak that’s been hiding for years now. We are the generation of the Internet, so we might as well take advantage! I need a marketing/journalism degree for that you might tell me. but I’m here to prove that you can succeed in managing Social Media Accounts in exchange of cash, using only your fingers, and your brains! See the true key to succeed at managing Social Media accounts, is what I like to call the F&B (Fingers and Brains)and I am POSITIVE that when you apply them, your clients will be as mind blown as mine 🙂
There are millions of reasons going through my head now on how the Follow-Unfollow technique will RUIN the brand’s reputation. I once worked for a firm that applied this technique and believe me, the amount of swears and insults the clients received every day from angry unfollowed fans was unbearable. I mean, think of it as yourself, would you like it if you were followed by a huge brand on Instagram or Twitter then unfollowed the next day?! You would hate that right?! Well, guess what? SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE! Applying this technique is a way to kill the brand slowly in the longer term, So if I were you, I wouldn’t promise high numbers and instead would promise an engaging community and mutual trust between the brand and the potential customers.
PARTICIPATE IN CONTENT CREATION!
A A successful community manager does not sit back and wait for content to share. You should work side by side with the client’s GRAPHIC DESIGNER because, at the end of the day, a Graphic Designer doesn’t know the first thing about Social Media content! Explain the way you need the visual to be designed and work together on creating content that respects the 20% rule (Text should not exceed 20% of the picture otherwise you won’t be able to boost it). And don’t settle for any content just for the sake of posting; part of being a social media community manager is that you should share your ideas with the client and graphic designer: don’t be afraid to hurt their feeling because you won’t; your intention is to grow the brand and not ruin it with underqualified content!
People are not dumb, They can read that you’re using the same caption or someone else’s over and over again and as you keep copying and pasting captions, followers will eventually get so bored of you and chances are they might start by ignoring the brand then unfollowing it after a while. Research for ideas and take inspirations from other brands while respecting copyrights because well, you know, PEOPLE WORKED HARD FOR THEM!
BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY!
The Social Media community does not consist in ghosts! Follow the right audience, like their pictures and leave a thoughtful comment once in a while it’ll make them happy and at the same time. they’d feel much closer to that brand and become loyal fans; at the end of the day, that’s your aim right? Answer questions promptly, reply to every single message and check Facebook/Zipkick/Zomato.. reviews. The community should trust you and await your content. When you stop replying to them and when you intentionally ignore their concerns, they will not only Unfollow you, but chances are they’re spreading the word to their friends and you’ll lose fans/customers that you never even had!
HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY!
None of us was born with a stack of knowledge. so if you’re not sure how to respond to a customer or a bad review, don’t hesitate to communicate with your clients and figure out together an answer that will fulfil the commenter/reviewer’s needs as soon as possible. If you feel that the information requested should not be shared with the rest of the world, message the concerned customer PRIVATELY and thank them for taking interest in the brand! And remember “DON’T SWEEP PROBLEMS AND BAD REVIEWS UNDER A RUG”: ignoring the problem here will not make it go away but it could worsen it so deal with it as soon as you can!
ANSWER BAD COMMENTS/REVIEWS POLITELY!
One little bad review will not ruin the brand’s reputation, but a bad response to it might do! So before you answer with your heart no matter how unfair the review/comment might be (here it comes) USE YOUR F&B!! Communicate the problem first with your client, and RESEARCH the best answers before you come up with your own! Remember that the customer is ALWAYS right and answer politely while requesting the customer’s contact information in order to better understand his/her concerns. 80% of the times you respond kindly and politely, the reviewers change their rating or edit and add how helpful you were in understanding their complaints.
STAY UP TO DATE!
Keep following Social Media because it will NOT wait until you catch up. Every day, there are a hundred articles that pop up featuring new and improved techniques in order to get more followers and engagement so DO NOT IGNORE THEM! Instead, take inspiration from them and try to apply them to your client’s Social Media channels.

Popular in Lebanon and around the Middle East, Knefeh is a much-loved syrup-soaked cheese dessert mostly enjoyed for breakfast with Ater which is Arabic for Sugar Syrup! 🙂 Now since in Lebanon we enjoy this privilege in almost every bakeshop and gourmet, I decided to share with you a simple recipe to create this little wonder and host a sweet party in your taste-buds!
160 G Unsalted & Melted Butter
440 G Corn Flakes, finely Crushed (Easier than the kataifi pastry but you can use it as well)
41/2 Cups Milk
110 G Caster Sugar
90 G Fine Semolina
600 ML Thickened Cream
1 TBSP Corn Flour
1 TBSP Rose Water
500 G Sweetened Akkawi Cheese (You should soak it in water overnight a day before because it’s super salty but believe me it’s worth it ;))
440 G Caster Sugar
1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 TBSP Rose Water
Step By Step:
Mix Corn Flakes and Melted Butter in a bowl to combine and completely coat the cereals then pour half of the mixture in your 24 cm x 34 cm x 4 cm tray. Keep it refrigerated until needed.
Dissolve Cornflour in 1 TBSP of warm water then add it to a large saucepan containing milk, sugar, semolina and cream; place mixture over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 12 minutes or until very thick. after that, remove from heat and stir with Rose Water, then allow the mixture to cool a bit.
Now the Fun Part! Preheat your oven to 180ºC & spoon half of the semolina mixture over Corn Flake base, then scatter over Akkawi cheese. Cover with the rest of the semolina mixture, then scatter over remaining Corn Flake mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges start to bubble, then remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before refrigerating it overnight.
Ater or Sugar Syrup is pretty easy to make! Place the Sugar with 1 cup of water water (250 ML) over medium heat and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, It should be ready after 8 minutes of stirring or when you feel like the mixture has thickened; Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
TIME TO EAT 😀 Preheat your oven to 200ºC and bake Knefeh for 10 minutes or until Cheese just starts to ooze from the sides. Drizzle with Syrup and cut into portions then decorate with pistachios. Serve Immediately!

My adventure with Four Seasons was far from expected.
On a Saturday morning, I received a message from one of their respected branches in Lebanon asking me if I would like to join them and get to experience their weekly Sunday Lunch.
As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were treated like royalties.
The nicest executives welcomed us, then we got the opportunity to walk-in their executive kitchen where the buffet was held, because they believe that a successful hotel has nothing to hide and no secrets inside its kitchen.
After helping ourselves to a magnificent buffet which happens every Sunday at their restaurant, The Grill Lounge, we came back to our seats and believe me, every bite took our taste buds to another dimension of flavors.
From the steak and vegetable to the sushi and the finest Gavi and Ixir wine, we instantly felt the freshness in every single bite ❤.

Never served with meat, traditional French breakfasts are to be considered among the healthiest and lightest, yet the most satisfying and delicious meals in the world!
So what makes France’s most important meal of the day so tasty and appealing? Let’s discover the ingredients you need for a perfectly balanced start of the day:
Croissant: This fluffy pastry is often eaten plain or with fruits jam. Often served hot and fresh on Sundays, the usual portion per person consists in 2 pieces not to be exceeded for their high calories.
Coffee: While children are allowed to drink hot chocolate or juice, we adults can indulge ourselves in a hot pot of morning booster. I mean who doesn’t dream about that steamy cup of happiness?
Fruits: Depending on the season, French people love to start their day with fruits. Whether they are fresh or preserved, there no doubt that fruits are a main ingredient in a balanced and healthy fresh breakfast.
Yogurt: Recently added to the French breakfast combo, a cup of liquid yogurt or a bowl of creamy, solid yogurt can be served plain or with fruit flavors.

When you are a working mom and you spend your whole day swinging between your family, career and social life, it gets harder and harder to come up with new and creative ideas for dinner. While sandwiches are the easiest to make, we at Luxeating got you a fast, healthy, and delicious meal you can serve without breaking a sweat!
Give it a try and share it with your girlfriends:
Soy Glazed Salmon paired with cucumber-avocado salad for 4 persons:
Preparation (15 mins)+Cooking (10 mins)=25 minutes in total.
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
4 6 -ounce skinless center-cut salmon fillets
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar (not seasoned)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 medium English cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 avocado, halved, seeded and chopped
Jarred pickled ginger, for serving (optional)
Mix the honey, 2 teaspoons of spy sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl after preheating the oven, then Microwave the mix for 30 to 40 seconds of time until simmering.
Next, season the fish filet with salt and rub them with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil. Bake for 5 minutes then remove,brush with the honey-soy sauce and return to oven so it continues baking for 7 to 9 more minutes.
While the fish bakes in the oven, start whisking the rice vinegar, mayonnaise and what’s remaining of the soy sauce and sesame oil in a large bowl, and add to them the cucumber, scallions and salt.
Toss the mix and gently fold in the avocado.
Serve the perfectly cooked Salmon with the salad and pickled ginger.
